We recognise that a growing number of our customers operate outside of standard office hours, and that during these times a need for IT support can be even more important than during normal working hours.
This is why we have now extended our support coverage to include Saturday and Sunday 9am – 6pm (AEST).
With this new weekend hours plan, we are now able to fi x these issues during business hours over the weekend, which reduces your business risk, maximises your staff ’s productivity and ensures any issues are actioned as they happen.
As an added bonus – if your staff are at home during the weekend or working in diff erent time zones, we now allow them to log jobs with TCT across the entire weekend from 9am – 6pm (AEST).
All you need to do is send an email to Servicedesk as you would normally, or call our weekend hours number. We are ready to take your call or respond to your emails.
Our weekend support covers Saturday and Sunday 9am – 6pm (AEST). It includes remote support for all phone calls, emails and our monitoring alerts.
